How StaffMate Online Works
What are the technical requirements?
Since StaffMate Online is a Web-based application, there are never any software or hardware
conflicts for you to troubleshoot. Additionally, with StaffMate Online there is nothing to
install, no new hardware to buy and no new third-party software to acquire.
How/where is the service hosted?
The StaffMate Online service is hosted and maintained in an online environment by our technical
support staff on servers we operate. There is no need to install any software or hardware
on your company's network. This has significant advantages. First, since StaffMate Online is
hosted on the Internet, it is accessible by you and your staff members 24/7 from any
computer with Internet access anywhere in the world. Second, there are never any software
or hardware conflicts for you or your technical staff to troubleshoot. Third, StaffMate Online is
equally accessible regardless of which operating system you use, Windows or Macintosh.

How is StaffMate Online priced?
StaffMate Online is an all-inclusive, annually licensed staff scheduling program with no set-up fees, no
installation fees, no hosting fees, no support fees and no per-shift fees. The minimum Annual
License Fee is $550.00 USD per year for 0-50 Staff Members. If you manage more than
50 staff members, the Annual License Fee is an incremental rate averaging 40-75¢ USD per month
per staff member. For example, the Annual License Fee for 100 employees is just $968.88. The more
service staff members you manage, the lower the incremental rate.

What's involved in installation?
Because StaffMate Online is an online staff scheduling service, there is no software to install nor
hardware to acquire.

StaffMate Online clients receive unlimited email technical support included with each year's annual
license fee.

How secure is StaffMate Online & how do you
protect privacy?
StaffMate Online is strongly committed to maintaining the privacy of your corporate and personal
information and the security of our computer systems. We employ sophisticated technology,
methods and practices to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to
access, alter or upload information. Although we do not wish to divulge all of our
security practices, below are some of the ways in which we ensure your information remains
secure and private.
All users of the StaffMate Online service are required to log in utilizing unique user names and
passwords. It is the task of each administrator and staff member to keep their log in
information private at all times. Once logged in, our sophisticated application generates
a secure 60-80 digit session ID code to verify access privileges.
Through use of this privilege and access system, you can restrict the people who are capable
of accessing personal information and/or corporate information to those
to whom you have explicitly granted access. In fact, staff members reviewing work
opportunities are not even capable of viewing the names of others working the same event,
unless an administrator gives that access.
We routinely back up all data to ensure the continued integrity and availability of the service in
the extremely unlikely event of significant data corruption and/or severe hardware failure.
One additional privacy feature we built into StaffMate Online is individually
addressed emails. Even though you may publish an event to dozens of staff members at once
or broadcast an email to your entire service staff, each email is always individually
addressed and at no time is one staff member's email address visible to any other
staff member.
